Since 1931, this high art of workmanship has been in the assortment at Pelikan: the Pelikan Toledo. The decorative barrel is made in one piece in sterling silver and then treated in filigree individual steps before the motif is covered with a layer of gold. Each Toledo pen is unique, made in Germany, because the motif contains details hand-stitched by a goldsmith. The cap and front part and the filler grip are made of black precious resin. The 18-K/gold nib is partially rhodium-plated in nib width B (wide). The nib width B is especially suitable for all very large letters and sweeping curves of an individual handwriting or for all those who prefer a wide ink application.
